CHIP KELLY LEAVES OREGON
So who is the best coach in the NCAA to pull off the best trick play of all time? That would be your boy Chip Kelly. Just weeks ago Mr. Kelly was in Philadelphia in a meeting with the owners, talking about a future as a head coach in the NFL. He already rejected the Browns offer and put the impression that the NFL isn't for him. He flew back to the Northwest to think it over and eventually came to the conclusion his future was with the mighty ducks of football. As of today, that is no longer true. He completely shocked the college and NFL world by accepting the vacant job with the Eagles, leaving Oregon with the difficult task of having to replace him now, which I believe they will sooner than later. Fans can now be able to look at their new coach and say "Glad that man with the mustache got the boot because the 80's called and they want their facial hair back." He is coming into a loaded team with a offense like no other and a defense that will need some work. In my opinion, he left Oregon to only join the NFL team with the roster that resembles the ducks best. He has a lot of work to do with the team to get them back on top of the NFC East which wont be easy with the teams he is going toe to toe with. If he is smart, he will try to bring that fast paced, explosive playoff to Philly. Michael Vick needs to get healthy and he has a pro bowl RB who can run you down the field all day with the right play calling. I see Chip prospering in the NFL because of his coaching style. The age group is a lot older but the team know and he knows that this team has plenty of talent to get back into the playoff picture. I wish the coach all the luck in the 2013 Season and hope he can convince the guys up in the offices and Nike to bring some of that "Oregon Duck style" to the uniforms up in Philadelphia.
